1.} When will my order ship?

We always make, process our orders and ship within 3-5 business days from purchase. A tracking number will be provided once label is generated. If a tracking number for some reason is not sent please reach out, we want to make sure you have all your ordering information. 

2.} How do I determine my head size for ordering a workout headband?

Most women's head size is a Universal Med 21 1/2' around. If you feel you have a smaller or larger size head you can measure your head going from the top of your forehead going around to the nape of your neck. Otherwise, we do have a small size 21' and a Lg 22' option.

3.} Exchanges/Refunds

We will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of purchase, if it is due to sizing. *WE do not offer refunds or store credit. *We are not responsible for return shipping. Please send all returns to

4.} How does the apparel fit?

Our sweatshirts are a true size fit. 

Our T-shirts are described in each description below the item. Some run loose and some are true to size. 

5.} How to care for our products?

We always recommend hand wash and line dry for the best care of our products.
