Can I Return my Headbands?
If your purchase was damaged, please reach out to us within 7 business days. We will gladly replace it. If the wrong product was delivered we will replace that item as well. Please provide a picture of the damaged or wrong item in your email. Otherwise we do not accept returns on headbands, because we custom make all of our sizes and widths to meet the needs of the customer.
Can I exchange my Headband?
If you decide you would like a different style you may return and reorder the item you'd like. Once the return has come back to us we will gladly ship out the new item.
