Can I Return my Order?

We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Eco-friendly products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at orders@athenfitcollections.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including on international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.

International Customers

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties fees on exchanged packages.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
